Nicole has been involved in Construction for the past 20 years from onsite Project Administration Management to Business Development and part ownership of a respected Mechanical Electrical firm in Edmonton, Ab. Her exposure to many of the challenges unique to the Industrial Market has created a passion for creating meaningful change in project planning and execution strategies. A founding member since 2015, Nicole is dedicated to PICC’s mission to promote the Advanced Work Packaging Model and provide a pathway for individuals who are likewise committed to ensuring positive growth in their own careers and the Industrial Construction Industry as a whole.
Douglas is a graphic and web designer, writer, and photographer with fifteen years of diverse experience designing, building, and maintaining websites, and producing collateral branding materials and digital content strategies for both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, including digital and branding work within the electrical and mechanical construction realm. With a BA in Economics, he also has deep experience in non-profit administration with a particular focus on budgeting and financial management, which allows him to bring a broad operational perspective to the communications process. Over the past ten years, Douglas has done substantial work with both startups and established organizations whose missions revolve around making a positive impact within their respective niches. With PICC, he provides identity design and visual brand stewardship as well as digital asset management.
